We provide advisory services on M&A (acquisition and disposal of shareholdings, companies...), Corporate Finance and on restructuring operations, identifying ideal partners, both financial and industrial, institutional and private, to achieve our clients’ objectives, from the identification of potential targets (national and international) through to the negotiation and preparation of contracts. 

Thanks to the long-standing experience of our partners in financial matters, we are able to provide assistance to companies in the decision-taking processes with the aim of identifying the most appropriate financial instruments to achieve the corporate purposes both to cover and manage liquidity and to provide technical consulting in out-of-court and in-court disputes regarding (i) compound interest and usury; (ii) evaluation of derivative financial instruments (rate, currency and commodities); (iii) evaluation of asset management; (iv) evaluation of bonds. 

Services to companies for the formalities introduced with Italian Legislative Decree 139/15 regarding the use of the fair value criterion for derivatives entered in the financial statements, the obligation to demonstrate the efficacy of the coverage and the additional information requested about the value and the financial risks.
